november 1, 2006 volume one : issue six This week's newsletter is short and sweet. I have been overseas in Tokyo this last week for the first ever Creating Keepsakes University-Japan. Awesome experience. So what am I up to now? I am taking a break - focusing on my family, cleaning up and settling back in (and, oh yea, getting ready for the general election here in the US on Tuesday, November 7th). So here's the message this week: BREAKS are good. Breaks are necessary to recharge our creative minds (and clean houses can sometimes help too). So give yourself a break this week on whatever it is that you need - take a deep breath and hot bath. Let your mind rest just a bit - the benefits will be huge. Talk to you next week.
